UK shipping

Shipping to the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands costs £3.95. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery, you will receive tracking details upon shipment.

 

International shipping

This shipment method costs £12.00

All international orders including EU orders will face import charges when purchasing from the UK. You may be required to pay import taxes or duties depending on the destination. We are not responsible for the amount or payment of these duties and the customer must organise payment themselves.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

We’re so happy to send Chutzy creations to our lovely U.S. customers! All U.S. orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Please note that orders are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means:

• Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged when your parcel arrives in the U.S.
• These costs are set by U.S. Customs and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
• Royal Mail hands parcels over to USPS for final delivery, and USPS will contact you if any payment is needed before release.

Unfortunately, we can’t predict these charges or cover them on your behalf, as they vary by product type and value.
