What is your jewellery made from?
All Chutzy jewellery is handmade using porcelain and 100%, 925 sterling silver findings and chain.
You will occasionally see little black or dark brown marks either inside one of the holes and on the charms / pendants, or on the inside surface of beads. This is a result of the way in which each piece has to be individually hung on a bead frame in the kiln because they are glazed all over. The high-temperature wire on which they are strung leaves a mark in the glaze where they meet.
This is part of the handmade nature of these pieces and should not be considered a fault.
Please carefully look at each piece before purchasing, each charm is hand made and slight imperfections are to be expected and reflect the handmade nature of Chutzy products!
How do I care for my jewellery?
Please do not wear your Chutzy pieces in the bath or shower. Although porcelain is very durable, take care not to knock against hard surfaces, and take care to store back in your pouch or favoured jewellery spot to protect these precious pieces!
Over time silver can become tarnished, from exposure to moisture, harsh chemicals, swimming in pools or the ocean, and certain climates with high humidity or proximity to the ocean.
Pure silver doesn't tarnish, but it's not strong enough for jewellery. So, it's mixed with copper, which makes it stronger but can also cause tarnishing. The "925" engraving on silver indicates it's 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, with the copper being the culprit for tarnishing. But this can be prevented and removed using the tips below!
Here are some tips to clean your Chutzy jewellery:
1. Use a polishing cloth, the easiest way to keep your silver shiny!
2. Avoid chemicals: Keep your silver sparkling by preventing it from getting dirty in the first place! Take off your jewellery before using strong cleaning products, and steer clear of lotions and perfumes.
3. Remove it around water: Silver doesn't like chlorine or saltwater! Remember to take off your jewellery before taking a dip in a pool or the ocean to avoid damage.
4. Store it carefully: Keep your silver safe by storing it in a cloth pouch away from sunlight.
5. Soak and dry: Want to give your silver a deep clean? Soak it in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth for a sparkling finish.

Where do you ship to?
UK shipping
Shipping to the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is FREE on orders over £30. For orders under £30 shipping will cost £3.95. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery, you will receive tracking details upon shipment.
International shipping
This shipment method costs £10.50
All international orders including EU orders will face import charges when purchasing from the UK. You may be required to pay import taxes or duties depending on the destination. We are not responsible for the amount or payment of these duties and the customer must organise payment themselves.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days.
UK orders will be delivered between 5-7 days.
International orders may take up to 2 weeks or longer due to customs.

How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, unless due to a fault, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping, as we are unable to absorb these costs. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and earrings due to hygiene laws.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I make exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
